A shocking incident has come to light from the Dandekar Pul area of Pune where eight miscreants riding on three two-wheelers approached a businessman’s car and allegedly shattered the windscreen by throwing a stone at the car. The incident occurred on November 6 at around 8:00 pm near Dandekar Pul and Panmala area. The rising Pune crime cases have raised concerns among the citizens.
A complaint has been filed at the Parvati police station in this regard. As per the complaint, the complainant owns a furniture business near Dandekar Pul and was returning home when the accused approached the complainant’s car and blocked his way. Later, the accused allegedly demanded money from the complainant and threatened him by showing a sharp weapon.
The terrified complainant rolled up the windows and started recording the incident on his mobile phone when one of the accused allegedly flung a stone at the windscreen of his car. The incident has created a stir in the city, and the rising crime rate is a matter of concern among the citizens. The complainant immediately rushed to the Parvati Police Station and filed a complaint with the police. The process of filing a case is underway while the police are yet to identify the accused involved in the crime.
